LOCUS MEDICUS
LOCUS MEDICUS AIE implements Quality Management Systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ELOT EN 15224:2017 certified by TUV HELLAS and has accreditation certificates with No. 621 from the National Accreditation System (ESYD) in accordance with the requirements of the Standard ELOT EN ISO15189: 2012 and with No. 737 from ESYD according to ELOT EN ISO / IEC 17025:2017. Respectively, the Accreditation EDPs are listed.

Our center participates in the EQAS MEDICYN program to ensure the continuous high quality provision of services.
DEPARTMENT OF CYTOGENETICS
Our center participates in the CYTOGENETIC EUROPEAN QUALITY ASSESSMENT (CEQA) program to ensure the continuous high quality provision of services for the following cytogenetics analyses: Postnatal cytogenetic analysis, cytogenetic analysis for mature B- and T-neoplasms, acute leukemias and myodysplasias.

Participation in the external quality control program of the Hellenic Society of Cytometry for the peripheral blood immunophenotype.

Our Center is a member of cystic fibrosis european network to ensure the continuous high quality provision of services.
MOLECULAR DETECTION XOF LAMYDS (CHLAMYDIA-DNA)
Our Center participates in INSTAND e.V. EXTERNAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT (EQAS) for the detection of the bacterial genome of Chlamydia trachomatis to ensure the continuous high quality provision of services.
BCR/ABL QUANTIFICATION
The Department of Molecular Pathology-Genetics of LOCUS MEDICUS actively participates in the UNITEDKINGDOM NATIONAL EXTERNAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT FOR LEUCOCYTE IMMUNOPHENOTYPING to ensure the high quality of the services provided in the diagnosis of hematological malformations.
